Edvin J. Kitindi received his BSc. in ICT-management in 2008 and M.Eng. in electronics and communication engineering in 2012 at Mzumbe University Morogoro Tanzania and Chongqing University, Chongqing, P.R. China respectively. From August 2008 he joined the department of Informatics at Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA) in Tanzania as academic staff of informatics. He is currently pursuing his PhD degree in the college of communication engineering at Chongqing University. His research interests include wireless network virtualization, wireless resources Management as well as ICT for development.
